A Moud, a French national, and Swiss nationals Maic Nicolas and Dimitri Huwyler, told the police that day that they were walking on Tran Quang Khai Street at around 2 a.m. when six young men on three motorbikes showed up. The men followed the tourists and forced them to go to a nearby ATM, according to the tourists.
