Well, we have our first fake advertising member by the name of 'BuyingViagra'. I was wondering if we could have a policy of "You must have the same name on this forum as you do on SP". That way any accounts with strange advert names can be easily deleted.

Actually, that IS the rule  However, it doesn't stop spammers from registering on the forums. We've had several like that, and I tried to just delete them, but they would come back, so I've been banning them when I see them. If you see someone register that is not a member of Serenity/Browncoats, please send me a PM on the Star Pirates site and let me know

Just an update: If you see any members on this forum whom you do not recognize or who do not have any posts, do NOT communicate with them or click any links associated with their profile. I have been banning them as I see them, because simply deleting them allows them to re-make the account. Be safe!

yeah.. this policy really works if it is apply on this forum therefore any advertiser would not publicity their product easily on this forum or spammers are coming less in this forum.
